Questions Submitted to Property Manager Dora Zaharia

At our last tenants' association meeting on February 16, 2024, a number of questions were raised by tenants and we have submitted the following to property manager Dora Zaharia for response:

  1. What are the provisions for fire safety for tenants while the balconies are being renovated, given that the balcony doors will be secured shut?

  2. What is the bidding process for capital expenditure projects?

  3. What is the impact on tenants' insurance while the balcony doors are secured shut?

  4. Does the property management currently have any plans to make the doors leading to the parking garage, the laundry room, and the doors leading to the waste bins, accessible, and if so, what is the timeline?

  5. Why are capital expenditure costs not split evenly between M&R Holdings and the tenants?

We will share the responses to these questions when we receive them.
